  If I could give zero I would, in fact negative would be even more fitting. I rented from one of their Utah properties, and to say I've had a negative experience is an understatement. They are the reason I moved after three years of living at those apartments. Customer Service is a joke. I disputed my ending bill and it took them three weeks to even respond, claimed technical issues, really!?! Then I was making payments, only positive part of story, they did let me make payments. BUT they lost my first check and sent it to the property I had lived at, and then blamed the USPS for sending it there. Um, the USPS would NEVER send an envelope to a Utah location when it was addressed to your AZ address. Then I sent the second, and thought I was fine, but got a nasty, threatening letter for not making any payments. Really it took you two months to let me know there was an issue, and your first choice was a threat, real class act. I found out that using bill pay through my bank doesn't work. What's easy for me obviously isn't good for Alliance, must make it difficult at every turn. It is because you have to address the envelope to AZ, but the check to Villas on Main, so because my envelope was addressed to Villas on Main yet did have your AZ address, they got lost in the office. But don't worry I can see how that's so hard for you, oh wait I can't, seems like someone with half a brain could handle. So what leads to this post, I was threatened into sending another check for the full amount, and I did so the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I know that the check was received on 11/29 because I got a call because shocker they finally found my other two checks and wanted to make sure I had really cancelled them. Yes, of course I did, because you told me I had to send another, I'm not paying you twice so I went through the hassle, instead of Customer Service finding where these went. This can't be the first time something like this has happened, so you should implement a way to get those to customer service, but why be helpful when you can just be an absolute pain! This check has yet to be cashed. What takes your company so long to handle even the simplest of tasks!?! I would run away as far as you can from any company managed by Alliance Residential, unless you want the most unpleasant and unfortunate living situation EVER!!!! Get your act together Alliance. Cashing a check isn't hat hard, it should be done by now. I really don't know how this company has managed to make it this far.
