  I do not think that they are worthy of getting any star.
  
  Today I was so happy that I went and purchased my grandson a woodland 2 step climber for $249.99,
  When we got to the house it was incomplete when I called the manager to let her know (Sophia) said oh well you can call the other stores to see if they have the missing part we need! I lost it... As a manager she should be doing everything in her power to get me the product that I purchased that I was told it was complete by the sales clerk and NOT have a customer calling other stores to look for the damn missing product.
  Never will I buy anything else from toys are us !
